Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Hellman’s 1/2 the fat mayo (enough to generously cover chicken)
Chopped spinach (enough to generously cover chicken)
Chopped unsalted roasted almonds (enough to generously cover chicken)
Light sprinkle of dry bread crumbs
Light sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Cover boneless skinless chicken breasts with all ingredients. Bake at 425F for 30-35mins. Pair with vegetables of your choice.
