Portabello mushroom cap (cleaned with stem removed)
Half a bell pepper
Goat Cheese
Assorted Dressing as per liking

To the people who scoff when they find out I’m vegetarian and ask things such as…
“So like…if you’re vegetarian…what do you eat? What about BBQ?!”

Look at that picture and try to tell me that doesn’t look delicious. You know it does.
It’s amazing. Lately I’ve been on a Sriracha Mayo Sauce kick, so that’s what I topped my burger off with tonight. Delightful.
Special credit out to my lovely Fiance who is my BBQ chef. Also shout out to the Copper Penny restaurant in Kingston for the inspiration.
