No-Oil Hummus

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 15.5oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 garlic clove, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup veggie broth

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate. Eat. Enjoy.
